In 2023, he got the opportunity to be a contestant on the reality show Bigg Boss OTT 2 which was streamed on Jio Cinema.Puneet had a simple lifestyle and couldn’t finish his education because his family faced financial difficulties. After losing his job in 2015, he struggled to find another one. During that time, his cousin suggested that he try making lip-sync videos on TikTok.
